Arensi-Marley (M) Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) hereby warrants that its uPVC Rain Gutter systems and its uPVC Roof Drainage Pipe systems to be free from defects due to any material and manufacturing faults for a period of seven (7) years from the date of sale by the Company. The obligation under this guarantee is limited to providing at its option replacement part/s or a refund of the original purchase price for the defective part/s and such replacement or refund shall constitute fulfillment of the Company’s entire obligation under this guarantee.
